MoreThanPanel SEO Case Study

MoreThanPanel SEO Case Study: From 1,700 to 58,466 Daily Organic Visitors in 24 Months

MoreThanPanel is now one of the fastest-growing SMM panel platforms in the market. When we first started working with them, they already had a technically solid product, automated order processing, and a loyal base of resellers. However, their organic traffic from Google was disproportionately low compared to their operational scale and brand recognition inside the SMM industry.

Everything changed in January 2024.

Over the next 24 months, we designed, tested, and executed a structured SEO roadmap focused on long-term scalability. As a result, their organic traffic increased from approximately 1,700 visitors per month to more than 58,000 visitors per day. No paid campaigns. No private blog networks. No manipulative link schemes. Just structured execution, technical cleanup, and consistent content expansion.

Here is exactly what we implemented — and what serious SMM businesses can learn from it.

About the Client

Client: MoreThanPanel
Website: morethanpanel.com
Founder: Efe Onsoy
Industry: SMM Panel (Social Media Marketing Services)
Location: London
Project Duration: January 2024 – December 2025

MoreThanPanel helps creators, agencies, e-commerce brands, and digital marketers grow on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Spotify. The platform serves over 227,000 registered users and processes thousands of transactions daily across multiple service categories.

The backend system was optimized. Order fulfillment speed was competitive. Customer support operated 24/7 with live ticketing.

But organic search traffic remained underdeveloped.

That was the core growth bottleneck we needed to eliminate.

The Starting Point: January 2024

Before making any changes, we conducted a full SEO audit covering on-page, technical, and backlink data.

Here were the key baseline metrics:

Authority Score: 31
Organic Traffic: 1,700 visitors per month
Organic Keywords: 584
Referring Domains: 1,800
Backlinks: 91,000
Paid Traffic: 8 visitors per month

The domain had accumulated strong backlinks over time, mostly from resellers, directories, and mentions. However, keyword distribution was shallow. Most rankings were branded or low-intent terms.

For a platform with 227,000 users, 1,700 monthly visitors clearly indicated that SEO was not aligned with business potential.

The upside? The domain authority meant we could scale quickly once structural issues were fixed. If you are unsure how authority impacts ranking potential, reviewing reliable domain authority checker tools helps clarify performance benchmarks.

The Main Problems We Found

After deep technical crawling and content evaluation, we identified four structural weaknesses.

1. Thin and Repetitive Service Page Content

Many service pages contained minimal descriptive content, often templated with near-identical structure. Search engines could not clearly differentiate one service from another.

Google rewards depth, clarity, and contextual completeness. These pages lacked semantic richness and user-focused explanation. Implementing proper semantic markup and structured context would later become essential.

2. Zero Informational Content

There was no blog or educational section. That meant the site was absent from top-of-funnel queries such as:

“What is an SMM panel?”
“How to grow on Instagram organically?”
“Are social media growth services safe?”

Without informational content, the website only competed for transactional keywords — the most competitive segment. A strong publishing framework based on content clusters for SEO success was required.

3. Technical SEO Friction

We identified:

Slow-loading service pages due to uncompressed media
Duplicate metadata across multiple URLs
Weak internal linking hierarchy
Crawl budget inefficiencies

These issues prevented efficient indexing and diluted topical authority. Many businesses underestimate these barriers, especially considering common SEO challenges for Bangladeshi businesses.

4. No Topic Architecture

Pages existed in isolation. There were no content silos, no pillar pages, and no structured internal link pathways.

Search engines prioritize logically connected ecosystems of content. The site lacked thematic clustering.

Our Strategy

We divided execution into three structured phases.

Phase 1: Fixing Technical SEO (January – April 2024)

The first objective was infrastructure stability.

We:

Improved page speed by compressing images and eliminating unnecessary scripts
Rewrote duplicate service descriptions to ensure topical uniqueness
Built contextual internal links between related services
Cleaned URL structures and resubmitted XML sitemaps

We also standardized title tags and meta descriptions to remove cannibalization between similar keywords.

This stage did not create explosive traffic growth. However, crawl efficiency improved significantly, and indexing errors decreased. In situations where reporting data behaves unexpectedly, understanding issues like a Google Search Console bug is critical.

This foundation enabled future scaling without structural instability.

Phase 2: Building a Structured Content Engine (March – September 2024)

This is where growth momentum started.

We launched a blog focused on high-intent informational clusters:

SMM panel comparisons
Instagram algorithm insights
YouTube growth strategies
Paid vs organic engagement analysis
Social proof psychology

Instead of random publishing, we implemented a topic cluster model similar to frameworks explained in importance of content clusters.

Each core pillar article (for example, a complete SMM panel guide) was supported by multiple sub-articles targeting long-tail variations. Every supporting article linked back to its pillar, reinforcing authority.

This approach achieved two things:

Expanded keyword footprint rapidly.
Built trust before conversion — educating users before pitching services.

Simultaneously, we upgraded service pages with:

Expanded FAQs
Semantic keyword integration
Clearer benefit explanations
Structured heading hierarchies

By mid-2024, keyword growth accelerated. Rankings moved from page 3–5 to page 1–2 for several non-branded terms.

Traffic began compounding. For businesses comparing channels, the difference between organic growth vs paid ads became clearly visible at this stage.

Phase 3: Scaling and Continuous Optimization (October 2024 – December 2025)

Once momentum was validated, we moved into aggressive scaling.

We:

Identified top-performing URLs via Search Console
Built supporting articles around ranking keywords
Updated aging content quarterly
Strengthened internal links from high-authority pages
Improved click-through rates by rewriting meta descriptions

We closely monitored algorithm updates and adjusted content structure when volatility appeared. Tracking each Google core update ensured ranking stability.

Additionally, we optimized for conversational search patterns by incorporating natural question-based headings. This improved visibility for voice and long-tail queries.

Growth curves became steeper in 2025.

The Results

Google Search Console – First 16 Months

Total Clicks: 306,000
Total Impressions: 6,450,000
Average CTR: 4.7%
Average Position: 20.1

306,000 users discovered the platform organically through non-paid Google search exposure.

Last 3 Months Data Snapshot

Total Clicks: 185,000
Total Impressions: 2,990,000
Average CTR: 6.2%
Average Position: 14.8

CTR increased significantly due to improved metadata optimization. Average ranking positions climbed closer to page one territory.

Momentum was accelerating rather than plateauing.

December 2025 Peak

In December 2025, MoreThanPanel recorded 58,466 organic visitors in a single day.

The majority of this traffic came from non-branded search terms — competitive SMM keywords rather than navigational brand queries.

This distinction confirms true SEO expansion rather than brand-only growth.

Traffic Growth Timeline

Jan–Mar 2024: Technical restructuring, crawl improvements
Apr–Jun 2024: Blog launch, initial ranking gains
Jul–Sep 2024: Topic clusters strengthened, long-tail growth
Oct–Dec 2024: Noticeable ranking breakthroughs
Jan–Jun 2025: High-volume months with stable growth
Jul–Dec 2025: Compounding expansion, 58K+ daily visitors

The first 4–5 months showed moderate movement. After authority signals strengthened, growth began compounding month over month.

What Made the Biggest Impact?

1. Structured Content System

Transitioning from zero informational content to a scalable publishing model unlocked thousands of new keyword opportunities. Each article functioned as an additional traffic entry point. This aligns with broader SEO statistics showing content depth directly impacts ranking growth.

2. Technical Foundation

Without early structural fixes, scaling would have amplified existing problems. Clean architecture allowed sustainable growth.

3. Long-Term Consistency

SEO performance improved because execution remained steady for 24 months. No volatility-driven overreactions. No black-hat shortcuts.

Just compounding improvements.

Key Lessons for SMM Panel Owners

If you operate an SMM panel, focus on fundamentals:

Expand and differentiate your service page content.
Build educational authority through structured blogging.
Eliminate technical barriers before scaling content.

Many SMM businesses rely exclusively on paid acquisition. SEO, when executed correctly, becomes a defensible long-term growth channel — especially when compared with SEO vs Facebook marketing strategies.

Final Thoughts

MoreThanPanel demonstrates how disciplined SEO execution can transform organic visibility at scale.

Efe Onsoy built a technically strong platform. Our role was to align search intent, site architecture, and content depth with that value.

The measurable outcome:

306,000 clicks
6.45 million impressions

Entirely organic. Entirely sustainable.

If your website’s traffic does not reflect your product quality, revisit your foundation. Strengthen technical SEO. Build topical authority. Publish consistently. Allow time for compounding impact.
